We collect: contact details (name, address, phone, email), date of birth, gender, NHS number where relevant, clinical and prescription information, appointment booking details, and basic website analytics (pages visited, device type).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide pharmacy and clinical services, manage appointments, dispense prescriptions, contact you about your care, meet our legal and regulatory obligations (including to NHS England and the GPhC), and improve our website.
4. Legal Basis
We process personal data under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (contract), 6(1)(c) (legal obligation), 6(1)(e) (public task - NHS services) and Article 9(2)(h) (provision of health care) for special category health data.
5. Sharing Your Information
We share information with your GP, NHS England, NHS Business Services Authority, and other healthcare providers involved in your care. We never sell your data. We use trusted processors (e.g. our booking platform PharmAppy) under appropriate data processing agreements.
6. Retention
Clinical records are kept for the periods required by NHS Records Management Code of Practice (typically 8 years for adults after the last contact). Website analytics are kept for up to 26 months.
7. Your Rights
